My approach to helping you find and purchase a home is simple. I want to get to know you and your family and understand what makes you ~ you. I want to help you find a home that fits YOUR lifestyle.
Of course it’s important for me to know how much square footage you’re looking for, how many bedrooms and bathrooms you need, and how big of a garage you want, but that’s just a starting point… it’s just a list of searchable house data. What that list doesn’t tell me is who you are and how the house you will eventually buy impacts your everyday life and your future. Which features do you want to focus on that will give you the lifestyle you want to live? Do you want a place to raise your growing family? A kitchen that overlooks the private backyard where you can watch your kids play catch while you make dinner? Or an extra space in the basement for games, toys and movie night? Do you see yourselves staying here for a few years, or is this your ‘forever home’? How does your daily routine impact the need for different spaces?
Most certainly I can find a house that may fit a lot of criteria on your wish list, but it’s what you bring to it (your personality, your family, your lifestyle) that makes it your home.
My goal is for you to be as prepared as possible when you make one of the biggest financial decisions you will probably make in your life. I will negotiate you the best terms possible while guiding you through the process. I want you to know without a doubt that I worked hard to make everything move along as smoothly as possible until closing day and key time!
Your Home, My Priority.
