Hi there! I’m Kim, and like most women – I wear many hats: wife, mom, Gigi, friend, decorator, avid reader, wine lover, Realtor. My clients become my family and get my time, care, and attention and I’m so grateful that I get to do this job every day!
I’m not your typical business woman. While you can usually find me in the office at some point most weeks, I’m often answering phone calls and fielding emails either from my home office or from my SUV (aka – office on wheels). While my “job” is to both help people through the process of buying and selling their home, I don’t consider myself to have a “job description”, and that’s what makes it so great! Every day is different!
I’m a proud wife of a former Marine (although once a Marine, always a Marine), a mom of two (son & daughter), have two bonus stepsons, and am blessed to be a Gigi to 3. My hubby and I live in the small, quaint, historic town of Chatham and love remodeling and decorating our 100 year old home. I graduated from Averett University in Danville, Virginia with a B.A. in Business Administration and was the Registrar at Hargrave Military Academy for 11 years before pursuing a career in real estate. In my early years I oversaw the building of several spec homes and even designed and oversaw an addition on my neighbors home. Real estate (along with design, decorating and staging) is definitely something that I have a passion for!
I am 100% committed to helping my clients and customers find their dream home or sell their existing home and will stand by your side through the entire process, working hard to help you fulfill your dreams. I can also offer staging (using your personal belongings, mixed in with a few of mine) to help get your home sold even quicker!
